Terms of Service

You need an account to download what you buy. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@vanbeek.tools if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it. You may:

• Use it in your own projects, including paid client work and monetised videos.
• Install it on the machines you personally work on.
• Keep using it after the licence is bought — it does not expire.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files themselves, modified or not.
• Publish them anywhere others can download them, including template libraries and packs.
• Share your account so other people can download your purchases.
• Sell a product whose main value is our files — for example repackaging a template as your own template.

The short version: the output you make with our tools is yours; the tools stay ours. Team and multi-seat licences cover the number of people stated at purchase.

Products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase your downloads appear in your account, and we email you a link. Free products are delivered the same way, with the link sent to the email address you gave, so it needs to be one you can actually receive mail at.

When we update a product you have bought, the updated version is available to you at no extra cost. We do not promise a particular update schedule, and we may retire a product — you keep what you have already downloaded.

Prices are shown on each product page and may change. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we never see your card details. You are responsible for any tax that applies where you live, unless it is shown as included at checkout.

Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, sales are final. That said, we would rather have a happy customer than a strict rule: if a product is broken, is not what the page described, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will put it right, refund included.

Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything in this section.

You keep ownership of reviews and other content you submit, and you give us permission to show it on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that is not yours to post. We may remove content that breaks this, and we do not publish a review publicly unless you agreed to it being shown.

We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control can interrupt access.

Products are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a product will meet a particular need or run without fault in every version of every host application. Check the stated requirements before buying.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, lost time, or lost project work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
